• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 Water
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • splash of vanilla extract

I like to use an electric beater but a whisk works as well, whisk until it’s smooth and a little frothy. It’s okay if you don’t have a crepe maker, I just use a large frying pan and make the crepe a little smaller than the pan. This recipe makes about 6 decent sized crepes. Use about half a ladle of batter for one crepe. Spread the batter around until your crepe is nice a thin. Don’t turn the heat up too high, or the crepe will begin to cook before you spread the batter to thin out the crepe. Use a large spatula to flip and cook each side lightly. Fill with your desired toppings and enjoy!
