Review: Saje Sunshine Smoothie Exfoliating Body Scrub

I love a good body scrub, I have written about body scrubs before. Exfoliating is a great way to achieve your softest, smoothest skin. I love to scrub before I shave to avoid any ingrown hairs. I picked up the Sunshine Smoothie Body Scrub from Saje recently and I believe there are both pros and cons to this scrub.

I really like a scrub that lathers and this scrub doesn’t lather, it’s very creamy. So if yo prefer a scrub that doesn’t lather this one might be for you.

This scrub is a very, very gentle exfoliation. It’s hardly even noticeable at all which means it’s not harsh on the skin but I do prefer my scrub to be a little more “scrubby” to help with ingrown hairs etc.

I did really enjoy how soft my skin felt with this moisturizing scrub that contains essential oils and I thought the scent was really nice. It contains tamarind, apricot and mango for a deliciously fruity scent while shea butter, almond, jojoba and safflower oils work to moisturize the skin.

Overall, I would buy this scrub again but I would use it more for just a gentle exfoliation to keep my skin fresh and renewed.
